Jiří Veselý is a Czech professional tennis player.

He was born on July 10, 1993, in Příbram, Czechia to Jiri Veselý Sr. and Irena Veselý.

Jiří Veselý began playing tennis at age four on his own at home against the wall after watching his father, Jiri, a tennis coach play.

He turned pro in 2009 and reached the No. 1 junior combined world ranking in January 2011, compiling a singles win-loss record of 125–45.

Veselý made his Davis Cup debut for the Czech Republic in February 2013 and won nine singles titles on the ITF Futures circuit and three Challengers.

He has been married to Denisa Veselá since 2017.
